BRAND NEW EQUIPMENT

Alex's Aquatic Adventures, for your enjoyment and safety has just purchased BRAND-NEW EQUIPMENT. We put this equipment into service on July 1, 2011. We have new BCDs (Buoyancy Control Device) regulators. The BCs are OCEANIC OCEAN PRO wait integrated. No more weight belts when you SCUBA dive with Alex's Aquatica Adventures.

OCEANIC OCEAN PRO

These BCs are weight integrated, which means no more Wait belts. They also have some Excellent features, there is a cumberbund around your waist and a quick release fixing. Across the chest there is another quick release fixing which incorporates a whistle. On the back of the BC ther is a pulldump (for letting air out of the BCD) So you can still decent , if you are descend headfirst. There are also two large pockets one on each side for any personal effects you may have, such as dive tables flashlights etc.

REGULATOR OCEANIC

Regulators are made up of several different parts, a first stage which is a SP5. There is also a primary regulator which is a Alpha 8, the alternative is all so a Alpha 8. The only difference is the colour the primary is black the alternative is yellow. There is also an instrument console which consists of three gauges a pressure gauge, (tells you how much air is in the tank) A depth gauge, (tells you how deep you are in feet) last but not least there is a temperature gauge. (this tells you how hot the water is)
